Lamont is a rather tall Gallovian, standing at 6'3 when he'keeps straight. His hair is a semi-curly dark brown with strands crossing to raven black. He has peach skin which easily pales when he's stayed inside for too long. Lamont tends to hold to a calm, composed demeanor, and despite his height his face does not present itself as the slightest bit intimidating, usually soft and friendly.
Childhood (0-6)
- Lamont Kenneth Norinn was born to Baron Reynold Norinn and Baroness Tabithe Norinn nee Reinard in Sturnworth Castle on the 27th of January, 287 AC.
Adolescence (6-20)
- As a young boy, Lamont spent a lot of his time learning to wield the family's ancestral claymore and accompanying his father on grand hunting expeditions. Upon reaching the age of 12, he was sent to the Regalian Statesman Academy in Vixhall where he'd enroll for a few years. Lamont was rather studious and intent on continuing his education as well as being given the chance to travel, and proceeded to the Collegiate d'Evraux in Ithania using family connections through the Norinn-Sartres. While in Ithania, Lamont became fond of Ithanian culture and their model of politics though stayed committed to his family's identity.
Early Adulthood (20-23)
- Now having experience in administration, diplomacy, and linguistics, Lamont was determined to put his newfound abilities to work. Failing to find any diplomatic missions, he supported Imperial Marshal William Howlester and chose to receive an Imperial Commission in the Regalian Military during the Sendrassian War. Given his noble status and collegiate training, he served as an officer in the Dukecrown Heralds Legion, mostly charged with administrative, logistical, and legal-centered tasks. He found the fighting in Hadar very brutal and decided not to further pursue a military career. Lamont returned to Penfork after the war and personally took over the town's justiciary, becoming the local justicar by his father's appointment. This brought him from on-the-job training in the military officership to on-the-job training in law. While his youth had its disadvantages in the role, due to his education and interests, he thrived in the legal environment and as a facilitator for courts. He performed this job as a justicar for about a year before departing once again, this time with numerous family members and staff.
Departure for the Capital (23)
- With his household guard and family staff, as well as a few willing relatives, Lamont ventured to the capital city of Regalia. He seemed partially motivated by adventure, but also claims it was his father's wish to stay uninvolved in the capital's dangerous political affairs, instead letting Lamont bear the mantle and title of Count of Penfork.
