to gain favor and intelligence from others, all while subtly steering them to be complicit in her more underhanded schemes.
Her corrupting nature is only tempered by her dedication to her homeland; each calculated action is taken for the sake of
safeguarding her countrymen against extinction.

Although her ancestry casts a long shadow of judgement and distrust, Kalindëa is still a devoted follower of the Estelley

Kalindëa is a masterful Artillery Mage who has spent years
honing her magic at the most famous academy in the Suvial Princedoms, enabling her to barrage unsuspecting enemies
with elegant lashes of flame from faraway distances.

Each spell invoked is equal parts graceful and devastating, with
the aim of captivating her opponents before they face their
inevitable downfalls. While she excels in far-ranged battles,
she can be just as deadly of a force on the frontlines.

SUVIAL CAPABILITIES

Karamatology

The Suvial are masters of the Spirit realm, capable of connecting, controlling, and otherwise influencing Spirits to a higher degree than any other people of Aloria. Firstly, Suvial are never Afflicted when they are possessed or contain several Spirits, as their soul is properly shut off from the Spirits. Secondly, they never lose control over the Spirits they control and can thrall any (non-Player/Event) Spirits (and even Player Spirits with Consent) at will. Stolen Spirits from another player can only be retrieved if the Suvial is KO'd. Lastly, they can also force Spirits into Canoptic Jars, and give them to others.

Flames Unending

When a Suvial is killed, they are reborn from the flames of Avinla after 3 hours in the nearest shrine to Avinla (which is the Avinla Fire Shrine in Regalia). Because of this function, Suvial cannot become Ordial Aligned, Geists, or Undead, except through the actions of Ordial Entities, or their request to them. This mechanic only applies to full Suvial Characters and does not apply to Mixed Heritage Suvial.

CORRUPTION ARKENBORN MECHANICS

Vice Master	You are a natural corruptor, able to detect what vices and corruptible traits others have (consent not needed). You can then initiate a corruption cycle of another person, causing them to take on heightened vices, or go down a "corruption-arc" path where they become "evil" (this does require consent)
Receptive Mind	While not fully able to read minds, you can sometimes perceive bleeding memories or thoughts from others. Other players may DM you and describe things you are witnessing from their minds, thoughts, or flashes of the past that your character is watching while interacting with them. You may ask a player to share these, but they must always be the ones to define what is seen, if anything at all.
Demon Kindred	Demons see you as one of them, despite not being a Demon yourself. During Duke Summonings, the Duke will not use anything you say against you or as an extra cost. You can Veilwalk without negative consequences, and Demons cannot possess you, or consume your soul under any circumstances, meaning you have some natural protections against Demons that other mortals do not.

Kalindëa is fiercely loyal to the Suvial Princedoms. Despite her competency in the magic arts, her commitment to her homeland is displayed not through military fervor, but through clever espionage. In her travels through foreign nations, she shows a willingness to collaborate with unconventional groups in order to sway politics abroad in her country's benefit━and eliminate enemy forces that would seek to undermine her work. Her highest priority task is to uncover the arcane secrets of the past so that Goddess of Living Fire may be revived, and the knowledge to secure Agnevaal's victory in the Dark-Empire War may be found.

› | She shows an obvious bias towards other Suvial, regardless of their social standings━though she is willing to work alongside anyone who would endorse Agnevaal's victory in its war between Rokhavaal and the Allorn Empire.
› | In contrast, characters who would support the sworn enemies of the Suvial Princedoms are viewed with immediate disdain. While she does not resent Kathar by default, she will behave with hostility to any and all Dread Empire Loyalists.

Having graduated from the esteemed academy of Jhangaar in the Principality of Agnijhot, Kalindëa possesses a competent background in Demonology, curseweaving, and battle-magic. While she does not boast so publicly, she is a habitual Veilwalker who regularly steps between realms to bargain with Demons and Veilborn alike for otherworldly goods or magical power. Even less openly, she has sought the aid of Spirit Dukes to further her own goals, and sabotage those who would stand in her way.

› | She advertises her skills as an advisor on occult phenomena, selling her expertise to patrons from all walks of life as a means to insert herself into different social spheres. She gravitates towards serving clients of higher social status.
› | Kalindëa may covertly assist others with more unorthodox magic rituals, selling hexes or summoning Demons under-the-counter to interested parties that meet her standards for service. She always demands a price for her cooperation, whether by coin or by favors.

The Devil on Your Shoulder

With the reputation of the Corruption Arken being steeped in revulsion is disdain among Estellians and society at large, Kalindëa does not openly profess the identity of her Arkensire━yet the influence of her sire still runs undeniably deep in her disposition. While she harbors the unspoken belief that her status as an Arkenborn makes her innately superior to her mundane peers, she simultaneously holds a quiet scorn for how her molten eyes invite doubt and aversion from the members of her own faith.

› | This makes for an easy talking point with characters during religious discussions, and it gives characters of other religions the leverage to try and sway Kalindëa's devotion to Estelley, or try and persuade her to Syncretize to a religion that views Abyss Arkenborn in a more positive light. Religious discourse is encouraged.
› | Kalindëa is positively inclined towards other Abyss Arkenborn, especially so if they are also Estelley worshippers. That bias exists to a lesser degree when regarding Eidolon Arkenborn, holding implicit envy for their comparatively preferential treatment by society.
