The Malzieus are a small but strong family. They place a large emphasis on creativity and self-expression through the arts. While they are a patriarchal family, they do consider women to be equals. They are often the life of the party, with lively mannerisms and a tendency to easily bond with others.
The family started with Elias' mother and father, Anise and Edward. Elias eventually met Alya while working as a farmhand and married her. The two had Mathias and Amelie at a young age. They decided to move to Regalia after the birth of their newborn daughter, Rosie. Unfortunately, Rosie did not survive the journey. The small family managed to settle in Regalia, and they had Eloise a few years later. Their three children grew into adults, and know little to nothing of Ithania, only the culture their parents brought. Sadly, Elias passed around five years ago due to an illness.
