• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

About
The Heralds are a modern coven whose goal can be described with one word: change. Aloria's destiny has its reigns controlled by the unworthy who deserve not to hold them, and Sanguine of the Crown Isle have been too content in simply lurking in back alleys and watching from the shadows. We must bring about change, so that one day we may escape the shadows and the sun may burn red behind our eyes.

Origin
The Heralds started as a small remainder of the Sanguine Occupation's most fervent soldiers who clutched their blessing tightly after the Vampire forces were defeated. Forced to hide from the world and fight for their survival, they emerged victorious: known throughout the city and feared for their capabilities. People flocked to their cause, occult or mundane, as they stood as figureheads capable of defying Regalian forces.

Purpose
There are two chief tenants that influence the Herald's goals and ambitions:
The worldwide spread of the Sanguine Blessing.
Obtaining power for it is the ultimate freedom.

  • The group is not inherently anti-empire. Imperial forward individuals are welcomed, as the Heralds only wish to shuffle around who runs things or change their outlook.

  • The group looks down upon the mundane, but does not inherently revile them. Sanguine-adjacent individuals who share their goal and vision are welcome to fight for a spot. Mundane who show potential are seen as soon-to-be Sanguine, instead of being worthless.

  • The group takes part in all avenues of roleplay. Whether it be subterfuge with Regalian officials or crime city brawls in the alleys of Crookback. Internal social events will be common place, too. Fighters, rogues, medics, mages, scholars, diplomats, dancers, butlers - all are welcome and desired. One must just demonstrate their potential in their field.

  • The group regularly plans out and acts in group world progressions, aiming for ambitious results to generate challenging and intriguing roleplay for the rest of the server. There is also a focus on uncovering deeplore and Alorian secrets, amongst the themes of artifact history, ancient Vampire and Occult groups and any and all things Voidal.
Recruitment
Recruitment is handled ICly, but feel free to send a message to arrange a time for a meeting if it is hard to approach the group naturally. For a hint, search out Vampires by the name of Haqet or the Bludritter.
