  • Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

"No mockeries now for them; no prayers nor bells;
Nor any voice of mourning save the choirs,—
The shrill, demented choirs of wailing shells;
And bugles calling for them from sad shires."

Minister Riftan Vaedra looks onward upon the map of the Regalian Empire and its many neighbors. When he was alone, the darkening memories of his forced tenure as a Vampire remained stricken upon his mind. Knight's Syndrome. Everywhere Riftan looked, he saw crimson shadows- dancing across the edges of his eyes. It made him violent, quick to anger. The thought that a Knight of Bloodcast could be so easily ambushed, pushed to the brink, and harm those he once called kin and friends alike played at his psyche. Then, a messenger comes in, "Your Eminence, look!" Then, a detailed report came in. Following that, another detailed report.

Riftan didn't even send a Diplomat to Nordskag, neither did he even post the draft of the 'Steel-Dawn' decree; it wasn't even processed by Truth yet. Sure, Tyrellande was a political blunder; but to witness the catastrophe, to see that there was information and discussion being /leaked/.. The Knight blinked; and the shadows upon the distant corners of his eyes grew darker, the crimson eyes that beset him with a judgemental tone. Thinking back to what Count von Schwarzkrau said to him, "Dishonor." "Dishonor." The words repeated in his head over and over, pushing the Minister to even further darkness than before. But then the reports of the Vaard gates arrived, and Riftan's eyes widened even larger than before. The roaring anger that grew from underneath the otherwise placid tone of the Knight broke the stoicism. Quickly, his hands swiftly went over to the draft of the 'Steel-Dawn' decree, ripping it up.

Riftan's eyes shifted over to the window, the stress bringing his mind into a catharsis. What dawned on him was not the sun or the moon over the metaphorical horizon, but instead a storm of swords. Like a monsoon of violence; the waves were instead seas of steel, the lightning instead the shrill thunder of gunfire, and the rainwater instead crimson droplets.

War.

The Foreign Ministry makes its first debut and decree within the public eye; for it is within the Ministry's given prerogative to maintain, assert, and establish Regalian interests within both foreign and domestic elements. With the eruption of the Vaard Gates, it is henceforth decided that they must not remain open within Regalian borders. Every second that the Vaard Gates are opened, more and more are Citizens of the Empire threatened, and the overall stability of the Nation is at stake.
