• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

First off I like the fact that many people are roleplaying as family members and such and have their own families like The Grey family Or the Dark family. (I don't know if I got both those names right.)

But wouldn't it be cool if there were families that hated each other. Like maybe they battled each other like factions do sometimes. Or even if the most they did was just roleplay like they did. It would be fun to be a part of one. In fact I think all the families would be much more entertaining if they had some kind of ties to other ones.

Like maybe they like one family or used to be part of another. Anyway obviously it would take two head family members to agree on this so I doubt they would actually dislike each other but still.

This already happens such as Kades (and most other people) Versus the Shreds.

While this would be an interesting idea, the more popular/famous families at the moment, Kade and Sherburne, are friendly. The lower families could have some type of feud, but it would minuscule and wouldn't really affect many people. Perhaps they, the lower families that is, rebelled against the more noble families, it could bring up some interesting RP situations.

They made their name too much like the shredder from TMNT. So everybody thinks they are evil. Don't know anything about the shreds but their name sounds malicious.

The few Shreds that I've met are terrible Role Players...

I like your idea. Perhaps some of the more known clans should have application forms for the leader of a family to fill out giving them permission to hate them. XD

This does sound nice, other families who are considered lower than the rest have feuds that don't affect much. Noticing the Kades are disliking the Shreds counts as a feud of sorts.

I think it is the Grim family not the Grey.

Feuds imply both families agree to some sort of family argument.

In the case of the Kades and the Shreds, the Shreds aren't even a noble family and they are all wanted , their patriach dead, second matriarch executed and the rest up on the chopping block.

It's not like it's actual competition.

The Albatrosses (i.e. literally only me and a few other uninvolved people at the time) got in a feud with the Kades once. However, the only thing to happen was some IC insults and threats with shovels, and I don't really think it even mattered in the end. In fact, it only started due to a (false) rumor that I called Tom an imbecile.

The Sheridans just suck up to everyone noble, and tell everyone else off for being serfs.
