  • Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

A DECREE, FROM THE MAYOR OF FAIRBANKS: ON THE MATTER OF DEATH & 'ORDIAL' MAGIC

wheat.webp
It goes often without saying that the city and the Empire are in a better place for accepting the Occult within good reason. Fairbanks is not exempt from this point of view, however like anything there should be moderation.

Previously in the first edition of Fairbanks Law, all Occult would be permitted to serve in the Militia and stay in Fairbanks, but now I see there is an addendum that should be put in place. There exists a form of magic that calls upon death as its source of power.

Due to logical and moral reasons, I believe it would be wrong and unfair to permit 'Ordial Mages' or those who practice drawing upon the dead for their power to stay in Fairbanks or serve its Militia, regardless if they claim their power or magic is used for good. As such, Occult who are 'Ordial' or use the dead in any way for their power are forbidden from residing in Fairbanks or serving in the Militia.

Following the publication of this decree, the Fairbanks Laws will be modified to align with this change. This means that from this point forward the Mayor of Fairbanks and its Militia have all right to ask death-related Mages and Occult to leave the borough, with force permitted if the Occult does not go when told.

For the safety and well-being of Fairbanks and its future residents, this preventative measure is put forward so the borough can exist with less problematic behaviors that could interfere with the peace needed to grow a complete harvest throughout the year.
