Backstory/Plothooks

• Evžen originates from the city of Praag, and from the ages of 13 to 22, operated as a Bloodcast solely within the Slavnostní chapter, before eventually transitioning to the Forneik Chapter and moving his own operations to their chapter-house in Drixagh. It's unclear what necessarily led to him making such as a drastic change of location, however given it happened so soon after his graduation, it's easy to presume it was long-coming rather than a split-decision he made over some more minor source of grievance.
• Evžen was a participant of the Dread War among the Bloodcasts sent out at the age of eighteen, however most of this encounter is shrouded more with remorse rather than any sense of victory. It's not so unknown between his own personal circles, but the evidence of his own participation remains carried with him to the current day, practically engrained into his very sight and skin.
• Despite being fully mundane himself, Evžen seems to be mostly unbothered by the topic or idea of the Occult, not falling strongly prone to any usual sentiments of Zeměvčel purism. The reason is in no way mysterious however, given that both his father and his younger brother are rumored to both be mages, the latter having such confirmed by his attendance at Altravoya, the Vultarin Academy of Magic. Unsurprisingly, the two still seem to remain in touch.
