• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Herro..

Facing a little issue where all animals are despawning/ dying underground.

So have few pens underground - brought some chicken - came back with cows and chicken was gone... Got disconnected, and cows were gone when got back. Found 6 more chicken, brought them back in and as i was getting them into the pen they started jumping as though something was harming them and 2 died right in front of me. Rest seemed alright and i left them in a pen.

Came back 5 mins later - all 4 chicken is gone.

Pen was wood all round bar ceiling, green grass all round, lots of light and 8x12.

Plenty of room for them too... No loot dropped or anything.

Has anyone had this happening to them before? Is there something i am missing or perhaps animals cannot be kept underground?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Make sure you tame the animals by feeding them. Otherwise they will despawn.

Did click on all with seeds and wheat - could there be anything else am missing?

Did you feed them repeatedly until you saw the message:

"Chicken will now follow"
?

...Oh... That might be the reason, god so many changes in here! Will try that and see what happens...

Thanks a mill!

Update:

Okay, seem that is exactly what i have been doing wrong - the taming part (or rather just haven't been doing it at all)...
My sheep are safe and haven't disappeared or died.

Woohoo!

Thanks a bunch!
