• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Can it be made so that dogs can only be spawned in full direct daylight? Because vampires are abusing the dog spawning to have a never ending food supply and they are impossible to kill when they have over 4 stacks of bones and full diam armour with badass enchants. It allows them to have a never ending bloodlust because they can move so far away from the average human by the time you've caught up there fully healed and your back to square one, this obsessive dog killing is very un RP like and irritating.

This could possibly limit RP. A friend of mine used the call of the wild ability to roleplay as a spell, one that brings flesh to a dead wolf, and brings it back to life for a certain amount of time. This ritual (in RP) can only be performed at night. If this were to be implemented he couldn't do this.

I agree that this can be abused, but... Dunno. Also, as a vampire it would be fun to roleplay as having a demonic hellhound pet. I'm not a vampire but if I was I would definitely get a dog 4 that.

Maybe they could find a way to make that an exception
 
Personally i dont see it as abuse, ive never actually even seen a vampire use it during pvp anyways, only traveling.
 
I've only heard of this until recently, when some vampire noob at spawn kept pestering me for bones, and I was unsure of why, until now.
 
They could just make it so vampires can only get blood from humans
 
The lag and the impossibility to hit anything is the only reason it is used so often, it probably should be taken away at all unless the lag leaves.

Tech, if you watched the videos of Solaris vs. Magnamous, you would see wolves being summoned for blood.
 
Lets face it, even a vampire with bloodlust you can kill with a stick. I doubt having a dog or two is going to change the battle outcome, as both are equally matched.
Though, some vamps are skilled enough to avoid most attacks by jumping and hitting.
Im not sure. xD
