On the Fourteenth of November, the Houses of Azcoissia and Delmotte have agreed to enter into an exchange of land following the division of ex-Vicieux provinces.

Houses Azcoissia and Delmotte will exchange their respective provinces of Vixe-Bas of Vixhall and Herebrand Forriesta Natal of Girobalda.
House Delmotte will purchase the province of Centre-Vixe from House Azcoissia with the modest sum of fifteen-thousand regals. ​
