Crookback Council: First Decree.

Notices would be posted up on every available notice board, especially those within Crookback. The crows seem to be watching the boards themselves, beady eyes focused on every passerby. There were about at least two or three crows in each location, mostly silent if not for the occasional caw.



To the citizens of the Crookback Borough,

We thank you all for your patience as we settle into things. The Mayor has not stopped brainstorming since he was elected, and to show we have been workshopping ways to improve life within Crookback. Small things, at first, of course, but public Council Meetings akin to the ones held in the past will be making a reappearance. Your Eminence and his secretaries will be hosting such, a place where Citizens can come and air their grievances, comments, concerns, and questions, as we strive to hear those within our community. There have been a few things that came to light already, though new eyes are always welcome to uncover that which we might have missed.


On that note, we've added the following rules:

♦ Those with property within Crookback are unable to be evicted without an investigation and verdict handed down from a consensus of the mayor, their secretaries, and any witnesses.​

♦ Mass evictions and/or genocide are illegal. Intent to genocide or mass evict is punishable.​

♦ It is illegal to vandalize shops within the Emporium.​

♦ It is illegal to ban a race or culture from an Emporium shop.​

On a small addendum we've also changed the following:

♦ Don't vandalize recognized religious sites.​

One of the Secretaries, Llewyn Omaberos, staples an addendum towards the end of the decree.

To the citizens of the Crookback Borough,​

An addendum is made to the following law:
- Don't vandalize recognized religious sites.

The Mayor & Secretaries implore citizens to approach when they wish for a place of worship to be recognized (or pen a letter) to one of them & state:

• The designated place of worship. If you are meeting in person, please show us the location.
  • Must be within Crookback's bounds.
• The patron of your worship.
• Is it already created, or is it going to be?
