  • Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Even the best of us can get caught up in the ebullient rush of the social season. The new people, the fashions, the spectacles that await our hungry eyes. The feast of the senses can be so engulfing that we may lose all sight of where we have come from - in the wake of the future laid out before us all.

House de Azcoissia has reminded the entire peerage of their intellectual prowess this week with a poetry evening. On top of holding the enviable position of the Lord Chancellor, the Archduchess also displayed her vast wealth of knowledge during a trivia contest held in the gilded ballrooms of Duchess Valarosta Ino-Femuun. While the Duchess herself was valiantly fighting across the sea to preserve our way of life, the rest of her family displayed the splendid glory of Regalian culture.

The Mac Conall's finally emerged from their estate long enough to open the doors for a cocktail party this week. At this intimate get-together debuted many families newly come to the capital city in search of fortune and fame. The Wulfsmachts displaying their Alt-Regalian charms, the Kassambara's with their aloof and elegant stares! But let's not forget the fastidious Spathous family - who remains a stark contrast to the mild and honorable von Eisners, and the sensitive and delicate Morathes. Whatever new cultural gems these families plan on bringing to the capitol remain to be seen!

Culture is the watchword of the week - the famous Painter made his presence known again to the wealthy citizens of Regalia. His paintings are hot commodities and fist fights have erupted over the ownership of a few pieces. Which is why it's worth noting that the Duke Delmotte has been very generous, buying one for the Archduchess Viduggla! We can only congratulate her on her happy fortune this week. Not only did she not have to spend a regal to get such a contested work of art, but she's the favor of one of the Empire's most famous bachelors to boot.

Duke Fabien Cadieux held another soiree this week, as the Cadieuxs are so famously known for, and the place was packed with people. Such parties are becoming so fashionable that nobility are turning up everywhere on the Crown Isle! The Countess Black and Duke Florian Piergarten were seen at a raucous party located at a palace deep within the woods of Regalia. There were so many others guests of varied backgrounds and eccentric talents at the festivities, it begs the question on how even the most decadent affairs plan to match up.

The question on everyone's lips is what's to come at the Imperial Retreat? Two weeks together basking in sun an luxury are bound to tease out a few secrets. But who plans on capitalizing on the opportunity? And who will let it pass them by just like the thousand of lost opportunities that have come before?

Yours,

Lady Whistledown
