-Backstory & Plothooks-​

◅ Constance Alarie Norinn was the last-born child of Baron Reynold Norinn and Tabithe Norinn nee Mainwairing. She was born to the couple in Sturnworth Castle on the 14th of June, 293 AC. She was raised in luxury alongside her four elder siblings, although being the baby of the family she tended to gain extra attention, being more spoiled than the rest.

◅ By the time she reached the age of five, her siblings soon began to be sent off for schooling, leaving her behind and growing closer to her brother Edmund, as he was only three years older than herself. Once he was sent off to his studies she only further became her parent's shadow, specifically her Mother's.

◅ She spent the majority of her adolescence studying diplomacy, linguistics, and politics, hoping to follow in her Mother's footsteps. Albeit, shortly after Constance turned sixteen, the Countess came down with a grave illness, passing away suddenly. Thus leaving her behind where Constance continued to pursue her studies with a greater intensity, as well as looking out for her Father who was shattered at the loss of his wife.

◅ Only a few months after she turned eighteen, Constance relocated with a few other members of her family to Regalia, to join her eldest brother, the Count Lamont Norinn, & to assist in his endeavors. She arrived with curious eyes, eagerly wanting to make the most of her time in this new place.

◅ As time went on she quickly settled into this new life. Often shadowing and assisting the Consulian Order. The Count Norinn would bestow the title of Mistress of Staff to the Court of Sturnworth, with which she happily took on the new responsibilities, fully renovating the Norinn's City-Estate. Taking every opportunity to spend time amongst her reunited family members. With continuous involvement amongst the Consulians, Constance was fortunate to make a select few long-lasting and genuine friendships, thoroughly enjoying her time amongst them.

◅ Deciding it time to partake in her own avenues and interests, Constance began working as an assistant to the Lord Leandre Delmotte, at the Perennica Laboratory. With Alchemy being the most eye-catching, sparking a new interest in the young noble. She enjoyed her time, learning more each day, and making new friends along the way. Unfortunately. Whilst on an expedition to uncover a rare flower in the Gloomrot Forest, the group of lab employees - herself included, were interrupted by a Godborn Marken that had been stalking them. It made an attack, injuring multiple, and scratching Constance moments before it was put down by one of the group. This experience thoroughly traumatized her enough that she began to slowly remove herself from the Perennica, before fully stepping away.

◅ When her brother abruptly married, she was unsure, but grew to become very fond of the Countess Amber Silverberry. Who later made Constance a very prideful Aunt to a nephew and niece. The Countess and Lady grew into close friends, even sisters. The two often spent their time together. During this time, Constance picked up a habit of reading her brother Lamont's stray Law books.

◅ One of those evenings out with her sister-in-law turned more consequential than the others. When she ran into Amber's cousin, the Ser Alfarin Thorleiksson at the All-Beacon, her interest immediately hooked by this spiteful young man. Offended and confused by his targeted hate towards the peerage, and herself. She wished to know more, making many attempts to get closer, to know him. Constance would invite the Knight over to simply keep him fed and enjoy his company. This back and forth continued on for two years. In which they eventually became true friends, then much more than that.

◅ March 20th, 315 AC. The Lady Constance Norinn and Lord Alfarin Silverberry were wed in a private duel faith ceremony, amongst close friends and family. The two eager to start their lives together, happily residing between estates and their own apartment on Swan Street.

◅ The Count Lamont Norinn and Countess Amber Silverberry unfortunately had divorced months prior, but it was later very publically manipulated by those meaning to harm reputations. Thus leading to a Holy Inquest against the Count, in which he was given a Writ of Sin. This outraged Constance, and as a stand against those with such shameful and backwards actions, proclaiming a change in faith. Due to the disgraceful and unforgivable actions done, in her eyes, by two particular Celates.

◅ Constance is now looking forward to a new world of worship, and faith. Dedicating her life to the Fornoss Gods. She hopes to become acquainted with the community as a whole.

◅ Alfarin Silverberry-Norinn (Husband): The newlyweds are the definition of opposites attract. Yet, so similar in ways. Both being of Northern Noble birth. Their conflicting upbringings and experiences cause strife between the two, but often leading to new understandings or compassions. Constance is head over heels for her Husband, excited to continue on the path of life with him. She is now looking forwards to sharing the same Faith, being able to bring him along for the journey. He has softened her social opinions greatly, teaching her a different world view. The two are often seen side by side, comforted by the other's presence. @CyberKiller45

◅ Reynold Norinn (Father): Constance formed a closer bond with him after her Mother passed, most likely being the closest to him out of the siblings. As time passed by and he retired as the Patriarch, he began losing what remained of his filter, at times causing her an immense amount of stress, as she does not wish for him to end up putting himself into any unpleasant or dangerous situations. @Nathan

◅ Tabithe Norinn nee Mainwairing (Mother): She grew up aspiring to be just like her and was devastated at the loss when Tabithe passed. While her Mother was alive, Constance was her little shadow, admiring her kindness, independence and intellect. The two of them were very close, as Tabithe always made sure to give her extra love and attention once her siblings began to head off.

◅ Bronwyn Norinn (Adoptive Sister): The two are complete opposites, only ever officially meeting once Constance's arrival to the city. Bronwyn intimidates her slightly, yet even so she seems dead set on befriending her.. As well as to convince her that ducks really are not all that bad, and perhaps she even may come to love them as much as she does herself. In pursuit of this, Constance bestowed her sister's namesake to both her White-Crested Pigeon Familiar and to a local duck residing in the Regalian Park. @soggytoenails

◅ Lamont Norinn (Brother): With Lamont being the eldest, and Constance being the youngest child, they only saw one another on occasion as he was off working on his studies. Although the two remained close, often sending letters back and forth. She clearly holds a great respect and admiration towards her brother and his many growing accomplishments. They have always bonded over their shared interests in Diplomacy, with him indirectly inspiring a new interest in law. @Nathan

◅ Edmund Norinn (Brother): Throughout their childhood, Constance remained the closest to Edmund in terms of familiarity as they were the closest in age. She quite obviously holds a great deal of pride and admiration towards her brother as he continued on his journey as a Knight. While in the same place, the two would often be found lost in conversation or gossip. @YoitsKing

◅ Morag Norinn nee Blarach (Grandmother): The two are not particularly close, but even so Constance adores her Grandmother very much, having always admired her work as a priestess. Always enjoying hearing tales of her Blarach kin. @IGutTheMidasTuch

◅ Orrick Norinn (Uncle): Constance has always looked up to her Uncle for his legal path, in which he successfully managed knightly duties and legal studies. She always enjoys picking his brain, and his company. @Wexford

◅ Godfrey Norinn (Uncle): She always looks forwards to jesting with her Uncle Godfrey. He is one of her favorite gossips. Thoroughly enjoying the favoritism given towards her. @onearmsquid

◅ Amber Silverberry (Ex Sister-In-Law): She considers the Countess to be a close friend, and confidant. Constance is very proud of Amber's many accomplishments amongst the Viridian Order, and inspired by her determination and hardwork. She often worries for her, but knows she can more than handle her own. @Sorc3r3ss

◅ Oswyn & Aurora Silverberry-Norinn (Nephew and Niece): Lamont and Amber's young twins, whom Constance very much adores. Making her a proud and doting Aunt to the pair.
