In regards to the tentacle hair. You could probably use those pipe-cleaners and make frames for the tentacles. Then, wrap them with a fabric and assemble. I haven't done crafts ever, so this maaaaay not work.

I would advice against dreads unless you really want them for a while, those things do not like to come out. I'd say go to a hardware store and look for foam rubber insulated tubing, they come in various sizes and would work good. How do I know? People used them for Predator cosplay for his dreads so ye.

Yes, the art is lovely i am very grateful of my friend who drew it.

Does anyone know anything that would work better?
