• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Over the past week, Pro- and Anti-Purist forces have met in a series of clashes across Regalia. Physical and political, seen and unseen, the decision by key actors to commit forces to certain areas while ignoring others had been felt across the city. With the absence of a call from any higher powers for the violence to abate, leaders on all sides felt comfortable continuing to escalate, with the relatively clandestine nature of most actions and the absence of excessive property damage leading to a situation less severe than it might otherwise have been. With no important figures of any kind being assassinated, either, the chaos developed in a methodical manner, according to plan, according to schedule.

What would ultimately worsen this delicate balance would be an incident between some of the more wealthy Ithanian mage guilds, and an offshoot of the Brothers of Purity. Emboldened by the relatively seamless Lothar raid on the Ithanian Estates, they felt inclined to carry out a miniature version of the same thing on a rival more their size. Only the hardened Ithanian Battle-Mages were not beholden to the same politesse and decorum as the Nobles, and sent the Brothers of Purity fleeing for the hills with numerous dead and injured after an afternoon-long firefight by the docks in the western City. Feeling humiliated, Purist command in the city opted thereafter to begin tightening the cordon, and forcing the final confrontation: a siege of the Rosaria Circle ...

Previous Phase Results:
  • Agatheritter Liaison Keller had 50% success in his Ithanian Estate Raids. Grauwald traitor reinforcements will not appear in Phase 1 of the Siege.
  • Agatheritter Liaison Keller was unable to make any arrests in his Petalcourt Raid, or create reasonable suspicion of Demon Worship. Justice is free to act in Phase 1 of the Siege.
  • Gangster Marko has succeeded in raising more underground anti-Occult rabble to his banner, and has not been stopped yet. Unless he is dealt with before the Siege, he and his men will appear in Phase 2.
  • Gangster Relindryl has been stopped from burning the Regalian Park, but is at large. Unless he is dealt with before the Siege, he will appear in Phase 2.
  • The right man was arrested in the Metropolitan assassination case. No effects.
Next Phase:
The siege of the Rosaria Estate will begin on Saturday August 12, American time, as a Progression Post. It will continue until Wednesday August 16 at the latest, after an intensive series of events designed to simulate the feeling of living under siege. We encourage all hands on deck for this, because a full cast is where the fun happens, and we only hold these so often.

Content:
Events will continue until the siege. You can still affect events based on what you do now, so don't stop yet!
