I straight-up used to know German. After we moved back to the US, I promptly avoided using it because my autistic little brain went, 'we don't speak German in America!' and jettisoned it. I REALLY wish I hadn't done that.

I've played the alto saxophone for ~8 years, and I've gotten good at it. Even after transferring to a school without a band, I kept up with it by joining a community band. I've since left it because of COVID, but I can still pick it up and follow a song.

When given the choice I chose band over choir, but I sing at church on Sundays and out loud when I'm alone. I've been told I have a beautiful voice, and it's a small point of pride.

I really enjoy writing, and MassiveCraft helps me exercise that really often. I enjoy doing lore stories or just sprucing up what happened IC based off the logs I pull out after the fact. I've been told that I'm really good at it and that I could pursue it as a career, but I don't trust myself to have a self-regulated schedule. Additionally, my mother professes that since she never used baby talk with my brother and I when we were younger, we have rather big vocabularies. She often recalls a story where my brother said what the word 'constellation' meant when he was around four or five and where I could define what a big word meant when I was around the same age (she can't ever recall exactly what it was, though).

❃ How would Hannah express happiness and contentment?
✾ Big smiles and laughter accompany good news, memes, or funny videos, and when particularly excited (such as believing she's figured something out about the plot of Lost as she's watching it), she won't be able to contain vocal sounds of joy and resorts to stimming, usually flapping her hands around or briefly banging on the nearest table.
❃ How would Hannah respond to experiencing fear?
✾ When doing such things as playing video games, Hannah hates being exposed to large and open spaces where something could be behind her or losing sight of something important. Jump-scares cause yells, failing lights cause stress and apprehension, and a horrifying reveal leaves her open-mouthed with a disgusted look on her face and a swooping stomach.
❃ How would Hannah respond to experiencing stress?
✾ Hannah is a procrastinator and seems to be unaffected by the stress of things such as deadlines or checking in with people as tools to ward against avoiding turning things in, but if something is dire (such as a final exam) she will panic and begin to work on things about a week before. Stress in social situations doesn't come up often, but when things such as drama occur, her responses vary from cringing and dealing with it to having a complete meltdown.
❃ How does Hannah view the law and authorities?
✾ Hannah views authorities such as police officers to be deserving of respect, but due to recent world events, she has become more wary of them, seeing them as simply 'people with guns and training but the possibility to get away with manslaughter scott-free'. She would never do anything such as swear out an officer or throw insults at them, remaining still respectful yet cautious and cooperative. The current American political climate has led to her disapproving of the current president and his actions, and she presents herself as a liberal independent. She knows that the law is important, as it keeps peace and neutrality, but sometimes the system is just flawed.
❃ How does Hannah feel about races other than her own?
✾ She views all races as completely equal. She adamantly advocates for the BLM movement and other such ideals and wants to be a supportive ally, allowing the voices that matter to speak up over her own.
❃ How does Hannah feel about religion for herself and other faiths?
✾ Hannah was raised on Church of Christ Christianity, and she believes in the Bible and the word of God. She does not discriminate against other religions, however, and has spoken non-hatefully and tolerantly to believers of other religions about their beliefs (i.e. Paganism and witchcraft) as well as been good friends with them. Some of her views on certain aspects of Christianity and the Bible may be strange to others, but she is resolute in her beliefs. She will gladly get into conversations and debates about religion, though sometimes they may turn sour.

❃ How does Hannah feel toward her family?
✾ Hannah loves her family very much and sees her parents as role models of kindness and tolerance. She loves her younger brother even though they fight over the smallest of things sometimes, and she loves her grandparents (even if sometimes some of their views can be somewhat outdated).
❃ What is Hannah the proudest of about herself?
✾ Her writing ability is what she is proudest of, followed by things like her singing ability, creativity, and heavy inclination to forgive anyone who has personally wronged her. She may be only average on some of these fronts, but she is proud of them nonetheless, often receiving positive reviews on her writing, kind words about her singing, and other such compliments (she thrives off them, honestly).
❃ What motivates Hannah to move forward and better her life?
✾ Her religion, in all seriousness. She believes heavily in the Bible and the existence of God, and the role model presented by Jesus is to be forgiving and kind, help others, and spread the word of God. She's by no means any sort of evangelist, however, and needs to work on the last part. There are also times where she allows anger to get the better of her and is unkind, though she regrets these lapses and tries to make up for them, apologizing and trying to improve where she needs to or where it is pointed out.
❃ What is Hannah's biggest insecurity?
✾ It used to be her physical image, but after having a boyfriend for a few years, these worries have more or less faded into the background (deadass). Currently, her biggest insecurity is based on the fact that she isn't progressing as fast as other people, such as not having a job or driver's license at the age of 18 when her friends of 15 and 16 can do and have both. She's worried about being lazy, not passing high school, and being forced to instead just test for her GED; she has huge problems with executive functioning, or essentially forcing herself to do work, due to her ADHD and autism, and because of it she needs to work almost twice as hard. Currently she is still struggling heavily, but she's sort of working on it. Additionally, she hates the fact that some people will only see her as her diagnosis and mock her, and she hates it when people use the word 'autistic' as an insult, as she sees using as insulting the mere existence of autistic people.
❃ What is Hannah's biggest fear?
✾ She's not incredibly certain of what her biggest fear is, and she would greatly appreciate it if someone were to invent a machine to read one's mind and just tell them. She would, however, venture to say that a large fear of hers is failure. Getting work turned in and actually working on what she is supposed to is a monumental challenge for her, and that constitutes most of actually doing schoolwork. Hannah is terribly afraid of failing her classes, not getting enough credits, and (as mentioned above) being forced to just get her GED instead of a high school diploma. Additionally, another fear is of her father dying or otherwise becoming indisposed. As he was diagnosed with both early on-set Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and becoming the ~37th person in the world to have both, she knows that the worst is yet to come. Parkinson's affects the tremoring of limbs and balance but also the sense of smell (which he has nearly completely lost), overall movement, and the eventual lost of speech and cohesion. Needless to say, she's terrified of when that day will come.
