I am looking for a nice skin I would appreciate if someone would make one for free however i'm willing to pay regals if someone would like to make a good skin for regals.
What kind of skin I want:
Face: I want messy Dark Brown Hair
Blue eyes
pale skin
Clothing: I want a double ducktail suit with the main color being a light blue, black pants and brown shoes as well as some white gloves.
I am not going into much detail because I would like to see what an actual good skin creator could whip up but if you are interested in creating it and have questions please feel free to ask.
