Charlotte Norinn-Reinhardt founded the Blaue Blume Cafe (The blue flower cafe) as her cousin, Count Lamont Norinn suggested. The idea of cooking and baking in a public building was always in the back of the woman's mind especially one that could be friendly for all ages. She started the cafe to spread her baking and to help her and others socialise more.
This cafe lacks any sort of alcohol on her menu as she wanted it to be a friendly space for all involved (also pet friendly.)
