On the 11th of July 308 AC the Houses Kreiburg and Black have come to these terms and agreed to enter a Defensive Pact with one another:
- House Kreiburg will lift all tariffs on House Black, or alter them in a way they will not negatively affect House Black.
- House Black will cease the embargo on House Kreiburg.
- House Kreiburg will militarily come to the defense of House Black if House Black is attacked but does not need to aid them if they are the offender.
- House Black will militarily come to the defense of House Kreiburg if House Kreiburg is attacked but does not need to aid them if they are the offender.
- The Defensive Pact will stand for 3 months, set to expire on the 11th of October, 308 AC. It may be renewed again if both Houses agree.
- Both Houses will not send aid to the designated enemies of either House in times of war.
- Both Houses will not plot against or militarily act against one another for the duration of the pact.
- If either House violates the terms of the Pact, they are to pay 40,000 Regals to the other House as penalty.
