Avanthar Age Issue?

Uh, this feels like it should be posted here but feel free to re-direct me.
But can I just say that, Avanthar only live to 120, is this true or just unupdated lore?
Also I noticd the Yanar lore uses references to a bunch of races that no longer exist, namely Lampar and Maiar

Avanthar have interbred with humans to the point where they're superior half elves. Consequently they lost most longevity.
