Skill Information
-
Mend - Somewhat advanced. She focuses most of her magic training on this school in an effort to live up to her job as a medic on the battlefield. She can heal flesh wounds with a pink sash that then fades into the skin color of whoever she is healing. She can put broken bones back in place, and heal them somewhat. However, they are still more fragile than before the break.
Matter - Advanced. It was the first school that she ever cast in. She can form most objects with her Matter Magic, and uses it to help her Mend Magic. The sashes she uses are made of Matter, and then grafted to the skin with the Mend.
Script - Somewhat advanced. She knows this school fairly well, but it is the least used among her three known. She finds use for it in setting atmospheres for if someone needs comfort, or if it is a party of sorts. She will write down emotions, instruments, and so on to change the environment slightly. A way of finding background music in Regalia. She does find other uses for it as well, but if she is in danger she will mostly fall back on either Matter or running.
Currently learning - Gravity, Enchanting
-
Medic - She is a fairly good medic when able to use her Mend Magic on people who are comfortable with her casting on them. She can address most pressing wounds, or at least patch them up well enough until they can get to someone that can complete the job for her. When left to mundane devices though, she knows a bit beyond basic first aid. She would not be able to save someone's life, but she could wrap a bandage, and perhaps apply a tourniquet.
Magic - She is a mage with a good amount of potential to grow, even from her spot of being fairly advanced in a few schools of magic. She sees magic as a tool for good and tries to use it as much as she can within reason.
Cooking - She cooks a good meal, and likes to cook for others when presented the opportunity. She does not have a large repitoire of recipes to fall back on, but knows her favorite dishes like the back of her hand.

You are immune to restraints of any kind. If you are bound or shackled, they effortlessly slip off you. If you are imprisoned or locked up, you can walk through locked doors to freedom. Keep in mind that you can still be attacked while attempting to break out!
You can change the material of any non-organic substance, like rock, silver, or wood, into Eidolonite, a lightweight and durable pristine light-blue opaque crystal, by touch. Eidolonite overrides all non-geometric shapes into geometric ones, creating perfect hexagonal patterns and shapes. When used as a forging material, Eidolonite cools down to look like ivory with a holographic sheen in hexagonal patterns. Anything touched can change, though it spreads from the hands slowly and not instantly.
You live much longer than the average life span of your heritage. You can live up to three times as long, and visually stop aging at a chosen age (must be at least 21). Additionally, you are immune to non-magical diseases and Afflictions.
Maraya have small Ichor glands on their hands, which are capable of producing Chrysalis that they can shape into Crystals of any shape or size.
Maraya can also make music with these Chrysalis Crystals, as they can resonate based on tunes, and produce music autonomously.
Maraya come from an Ancient world. They can read certain Event hints that may not be obvious to other Races (inquire with DM/Event Hoster for opportunities).
Maraya can (out of combat) remotely hijack Tech (including Automata) to follow their commands and instructions instead, due to their historical superiority.
Maraya can (if they can reach melee distance safely) hack into Dragon Sites/Entities and alter their routines to unlock additional functions (consult Event Dm's).

Common - Native (10/10)
Shalota - Native (10/10)
Altalar - To Native Fluency, she spoke it frequently as a child due to her proximity to Elves while being around Wisteria and Valayn among others. She speaks it with a Regalian accent, but is able to speak with a pretty good impression of an Altalar accent if she focuses on it. (9/10)
Sign - Conversational, she knew it somewhat as a child and kept in some practice throughout her adolesence and into adulthood. However, she's recently started brushing up on it more so that she can communicate with Khenari when he's unable to hear. (7/10)
d'Ithanie - Somewhere between basic and conversational, due to her knowledge of Altalar, she is able to learn this language a bit easier than she would be able to a Velheim language for example. However, she is early in her days of learning it. Due to her girlfriend, mentor, and several friends speaking d'Ithanie, she wants to be able to engage in those conversations. (2.5/10)

Personal Life

Anru was raised by her mother in Regalia where it was soon discovered that she was a mageborn. As a young child, her wide-eyed nature became clear as she practiced magic on her own any chance she got. It scared some of the Maraya that her mom had built a community with, but she found common ground with some elven children she made friends with. Notably among them is Valayn Alvarës Sélian Bel-Vashaäel Elasis, who helped her magic flourish more when he would share his books with her. He hadn't learned to cast yet, but was curious about magic which led to a quick friendship with a mageborn. He also introduced her to Wisteria Nomëssa when they'd go to the library to go get more books.
The two clicked quickly and a trio of little rascals was born, all interested in magic one way or the other. They'd get into chicanery, and Anru tried to foster that community. She prioritized being able to heal and support the other two with her magic, forgoing any attacking prowess.
Once Valayn left for Lathan and Wisteria for Amontaar, she continued to explore the world and its history more. It led her to be interested in her heritage of being a Maraya, and the vaults that her people and history were still contained in. Unlike most Maraya, she sees magic as a tool that can be used to help dig people and her heritage out of trouble. To help hone her magic further, she joined the Aelrrigans in hopes of helping as many people as possible.
Throughout her teenage years, she faced more antagonistic experiences than she did as a child. Her mother let her have more control over her own life, and that independence led to some run-ins with purists. Maraya as a people are relatively purist, so this alienated her from a good amount of the small community of Maraya that her mother had found before her birth. One time while working at a soup kitchen, someone threw their hot soup on her for her Arkenborn origin. She has become fiercely determined to prove that Magic can be used for good. She wants to reverse the reputation of it among her people. Especially among those who she helps save from vaults.

As a happinessborn, she feels driven to be relentlessly positive at all times. This leads her to have an optimistic view on the world, as she's still new to most things being as bleak as some make them out to be. She thrives on the emotions of those around her, and will always prioritize her friends' happiness above all. Healthy, or unhealthy, she'll be pushing for others to be happy!
She is an Aelrrigan squire under the mentorship of Judith Solheim, predominantly serving as a medic in the field of battle. She has several connections throughout the order and does her best to be part of community outreach whenever the order takes part. One day, she wishes to climb the ranks as far as she can to help spread the messages she'd like to spread.
She is extremely moldable at this point in time with regards to her religion and belief system on the world as a whole. She has respect for both Estelly and Fornoss, but has not approached religion for her own sake quite yet. She can be converted if people take the time out of their day to preach to her, though she would not consider Evolism.
Relationships
-
Valayn - A Studious Stinker - 8/10
An exhibit and a scholar,
Lay together in a garden,
Neither would grow much taller,
They would beg each others pardon,
As they would ask and ask away,
What magic they would cast today.
Wisteria - A Curious Critter - 9/10
Happiness and joy have many different shades,
My eyes are able to perceive most but not all,
My hope is that I can show them to others at any call,
I wish to bring healing to the world instead of blades,
I have my own shade though with different criteria,
One that I treasure more than others,
One that is never too weak nor smothers,
That shade is what I call Wisteria.
Judy Solheim - A Methodical Mentor - 8/10
My mentor and my guide,
You take me through nearly every stride,
And even when you are not able,
You come back with a vengeance worthy of a fable,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
This is just the very start.
Khenari - A Winged Warrior - 8/10
In a world that has shunned me,
You never fail to stun me,
Your loyalty knows no bounds,
And for that I know I'll keep you around,
You can ask for my hate,
You can ask for me to leave you at the gate,
That will never happen though,
As long as I have my say so.
Aelisiana - A Guiding Star - 8/10
Home means many things to many different people,
To some it means where you can rest by a kindling fire,
To some it may be the remnant of a steeple,
To some it is where they face no mire,
You are my home,
Where I feel safe,
Where I know I can roam,
I'm happy to be your Tawaif.
