• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

...and A Time To Die.

♫ Mood Music ♫

It was a strange feeling, watching the river swirl beneath her. Aoibhin was in a familiar spot; back on the bridge near her lover's old house. It was a welcoming sight, especially after hearing the fate of that damned Jarsdel. How could he have been so willing to die when he had been cleared of all crimes? She let out a sigh, knowing the answer to the question that still rang through her ears. But, why? Last she had seen him, he looked as if nothing had happened. His confidence was still burning bright when she told him of.. No. She wasn't going to think of that now. It was too late for apologies. The only reasonable thing to do now was die.

She wasn't going to actually die. That was stupid and it would be breaking her promise. She wasn't going to go out like this. If she were to die, it would be an honorable death by protecting her Lord. What was she to do then? She could not flee back to her home on the Isles; that was no longer there. There was a pause as the woman gathered and plucked through her thoughts. There were many of them, and they all clattered in her head, trying to be the one she picked. A chuckle bubbled through her lips, and she sat down on the edge, watching the current below. The noise calmed the woman, and she was able to think clearly; at least for a few minutes.

"I am not who I once was.."

The words flowed through her lips, much like the rivers below. She was not that scared little child anymore. Aoibhin Eilise Cionnaith had to die in order for her true self to be free; but first she had to prepare...

The walk from Lord Reinard's estate was a long one. On the way back to the bridge, she passed Edward's town estate. Words failed her as she choked back a sob, and she jogged past, choosing to ignore her emotions. There would be time to cry later. It was time to be reborn, and any memories she had would have to be forgotten. Some, no, a lot of drinking would be her only cure after it was said and done.

Back at the bridge, the Claith stood tall. The river below was beckoning her.

With a deep breath, she readied herself. Then with a leap of faith, she jumped into the waters below.

Aoibhin had died, and like the phoenix of legend;

She had been reborn.
