To the community of Regalia,
I will be brief. Trying times are upon us, as you are well aware, from the nefarious mists in Anglia, to the looming problem of famine, to the ever present threat of the Kathar and other foreign enemies coming at us from overseas.
In this time of crisis and need, the House Black wishes to declare our desire to privately aid the innocents and wonderful peoples of our glorious Regalian Empire, by providing the services of our private fleet, wherever it may be required the most. Whether that be to safeguard the transport of precious food and supplies to our Empire's citizens, to carry warriors to our frontlines, or to fight Kathar fleets, we are determined to lend a nautical hand.
To the Empire's sailors, gunners, captains, navigators and admirals with skills to spare, we say to you, find us, and sign up with us for any naval tasks that may lay ahead. Your Empire needs you.
