He is a straightforward man, who speaks not in half-truths and snarky remarks, but in objective truths and well-grounded ideals. "Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom."
Backstory:
(This is Primarily a WIP that is liable to change and shift at any given moment. You have been advised.)
Alastair is the Older brother of Aldane Gwentyr. It was clear that, despite sharing an appearance, Alastair and Aldane couldn't be any more different. Aldane was very talkative, whereas Alastair was quiet and quick to anger. During his childhood, he was subject to a horrific event that was witnessed by his brother, Aldane. It was the cause of his current stonewalled demeanor. While the circumstances of the event were found out by his parents, it was, and still is, never spoken about. This event was what sparked his desire to become a knight, to protect the weak and give succor to those in need.
Alastair is, by nature, a well-traveled individual. He has been to many places across the archipelago. This resulted in him having learned a large number of Languages for someone his age.
