A pamphlet found itself circulating around the Ithanian court in Regalia, with neat hand-writing and a signature on it.

Tidings to you who picked up this pamphlet,

I am looking for a tutor in court etiquette, behavior and manners. Specifically those for ladies, and would prefer a teacher versed in Ithanian and Imperial etiquette. Ample payment will be given, and I will attend to wherever my tutor would suit better to be taught at. If you are willing to take up a student in these matters, please pen a letter to the Bilge Court mercenary office in Regalia's old town.
