Throughout Regalia on the various boards, there would be several papers fluttering around with this to say on each of them.​

From the Head of Aberration,

The Arcane Ministry is seeking those who hold knowledge on aberrant individuals to work on studying such while also being able to assist in working towards finding out information on the mist. Many are encouraged to send in a letter and credentials to show proof of their knowledge. It is also needed that people must be a Unionist when applying to work for the Ministry. All applicants will be finalized by the Arcane Minister herself and all aberrants that wish to apply have to be sent through the State Council to check their credentials. Those who are willing to offer their aid to the Ministry but are more inclined to other magical knowledge such as Void/Exist and Planar knowledge are encouraged to send in letters to the Heads of each respectively.

Those interested in this please send a letter to me via forum PMs along with a link to your character application. Aberrant applicants have a difficult situation, so speaking with the arcane minister regarding the position would be a better option.
