Strewn about the city, and even in some underground areas near the Corpse in the Gutter and the Emporium, are a collection of identical paper notices. The paper is of unusually high quality for some of the latter locales, and the ink is printed cleanly onto the page. They read:
In the coming week, a series of gatherings will be hosted specifically for Mages, Sorcerers, and other respective legal Abberations. The setting (which will not be in the Sewers under any circumstances) will be announced prior to each, but the purpose is to discuss recent legislation and experiences in Regalia, and especially to offer ourselves to any Citizen or member of the Peerage who wishes to ask questions of us and listen to our perspective. Absolutely no casting will be allowed as per the Law, except by registered Court Mages, and we will ensure this is self-policed.
If nothing else, I would like to be able to speak openly about the end of the Clicker Crisis and our involvement and presence in seeing it through. Thank you.
