• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

A Question For Another Day

A Question for Another Day

It was on a cool, early March evening, that Cieli found herself struck with a certain thought. She was making her way back to her house after a day of work, and as such, was in no particular rush. Her thoughts had been going through their usual routine; what she would eat for dinner, how nice the weather was becoming, and how pleasant the streets were at that hour when a different thought popped into her head. It was not a foreign thought, and she had spent quite a bit of time considering it in the past. Even so, she still did not have an easy answer for it.

Perhaps it was the environment surrounding the city that brought it up. After all, when everyone seemed to be, or was trying to be, courting or engaged, it was rather hard to avoid one's feelings on the subject. Especially when some of them were difficult to explain.

Cieli had long ago accepted her sexuality for what it was, though it was only recently that she was able to put a name to it. Pansexual. It was a word that didn't have any good translation in Modern Altalar, and the best she could think of was more of a Middle Altalar phrase. She was one who felt drawn to those who were the same, those who were the opposite, and those in between for the closest companionship one could feel for another. Still, she thought, how could you easily explain that in a world as black and white as hers? People understood being attracted to the opposite gender, obviously, and most others, but not some, seemed to understand having the same feelings for the same gender. It did not mean that they accepted it though, and quite a few people in the city seemed to think that it was some sort of joke. How could you explain then, and easily, that you were attracted to all genders? Men, women, and those of no discernable gender all appealed to Cieli. People just did not seem to understand that well.

The Altalar let out a soft sigh as she approached the door to her house. At least this was not an overly important question. Her sexuality did not need to be known by everyone, only those who she felt needed to know. Or, those who found out through a slip of her tongue. If a day ever came when it had to be known by a wider audience, and she highly doubted that day would ever come, she would figure it out then. It was, therefore, a question for another day.
