• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

A Mother's Savage Daughter

A pair stood beside the dock, a sigh escaped a short-statured, pale woman with a sad smile. She wrapped her arm around the other, slightly taller with skin kissed by the sun. Their hair both the same burgundy red.

"I won' try tae stop yae, but... Jus' be careful. Th'city is a strange, dangerous place." The shorter spoke, a thick Caeran accent, pulling away from the hug with a sharp huff. The other chuckled, smiling with a nod.
"Yes yes, you've told me. Steer clear of the guard, where I can find your old friends... I know." She said, mimicking the other's voice a tad, as she was far less accented.
"Aye Maevia, aye... 'At's a good lass. Now, one last hug." She said, hugging the other tight. She brought her head down to place a peck on her forehead, holding a bag up to her. "An' 'member!"
"I know, I know... Tell everyone Mairian says hi, I know mom." She said, nodding once more. Mairian nodded, waving her off.
"Now shoo now! 'Fore y'change yaer mind." She said, ushering her towards the walkway onto the ship. They waved goodbye as the boat set off, the familiar pounding of drums echoing in Maevia's memory as days passed upon the ship, before the Crown City came into view...

"There it is miss! Now prepare to dock!" A ship hand said to Maevia, yelling out towards the rest of the crew. She nodded, a smile spreading on her features.

"There it is indeed, the answers I seek."

Heya there guys and gals, and everyone in between! Now, you guys might be wondering, what does this mean for Mairian, and how will anything involving Mairian proceed in the future. The answer is quite simple!

Mairian is NOT gone forever. There is a chance you will see her once in a while, as she'd obviously want to see her daughter and old friends in Regalia. She will be back in her hometown otherwise. Her age will no longer be alluded to. Simply that she's a grown-ass-woman.

Another question might be why I came to this decision.

With the end of the vampire occupation, to which Mairian was shelved for mostly the entirety of it, I felt as though it was a good way to have Mairian sort of slowly disappearing, and to start a whole new story. The story of Maevia de Gonzo MacCallister. Thank you to everyone who has roleplayed with Mairian, and created a genuinely wonderful experience as my second character on Massivecraft. I can't wait to see what will be in store for her daughter.
