A missive would find its way onto the walls of all Regalia's many districts. Floral court, Newtown, Oldtown, the Noble District, even New Crookback; no one was spared from what the missive entailed.
"Issued to the Good People of Regalia,
To every soul who reads this, fear NOT. In times like these, you are not alone. A month ago, when our empire was taken from us, you stood strong. You persevered, YOU survived, and you're still here to tell your story. Without you, we would not be allowed to stand where we stand today. For that alone, consider this a formal thank you to everyone who considers themselves a proud denizen of Regalia.
Yet despite our tenacity, there is still work to do. Our beloved city is divided, our streets require repair, and disarray is afoot. I humbly request that you do not surrender in these stressful times. Look to your loved ones, your neighbors, void, even the person standing beside you. Look at their face and ask yourself, should I fight for myself, or should I fight for them? Let us come together and realize we are all working towards the same goal.
We CAN recover what we once had before the occupation, but only if everyone recovers equally. I challenge you to help your fellow Regalian in need as I am. If you see someone who's down, pull them back up. If you pass someone who is famished, break your loaf and feed them. ACT not for yourself, but your fellow citizens in need. And trust me, once you help them, a newfound purpose in your life shall sprout like a great Singing Syprelle tree.
That purpose my friends is called a cause.
