Ibtikar Technologies is a Skyborn-owned business established February 315 AC, with its founding constituents having functioned within the Regalian Empire for years prior. It is an engineering workshop which serves the public with its carefully chosen associates' proficiency in the realm of technology, through most of its many forms and applications.

Engineers who are part of the company may be commissioned for projects, or their pre-made works purchased on the spot. While Ibtikar encourages any experienced engineers to apply for employment, freelances are welcome to use the space to work from for a negotiable monthly fee. Additionally, freelancers must bring in their own materials.
Finally, Ibtikar Tech accepts scrap and machinery (functional or otherwise) for crowns.

She also has some additional experience in prosthetics, Automata, and mechanical weapons.

These apply to guests, clients, freelancers and employees alike:
