An announcement for the peerage was pinned to the relevant boards across the mainstreet of Regalia. Its text would read as follows:

Honorable denizens of Regalia,

House Howlester of Gallovia and House Onyxbeard of Belegost of Hadar have reached mutual terms of alliance to better their venerable families With this new alliance, the two Houses will undoubtedly soar to new heights in the interest of the State and in the interest of the war abroad against the Elven menace. We hope that this newfound friendship and link between Regalia and Hadar sees fruition in the capital, as this is a stepping stone for the Empire as much as it is for the good men of Belegost. The peerage will be invited to a humble soirée in the coming weeks in celebration of this news, alongside the representatives of Belegost.

Upon seeing the 'Hold of Belegost' written down, the young woman lit up with joy and excitement to see the dwarves from the Hold of Belegost. Her thoughts raced in delight as she recalled her encounter with Dvorin Onyxbeard-- but more importantly, with Dothrak Stormheart. The Dwarven tried to subdue her delight, she had so much work to do and really, with all the losses she's faced she shouldn't really celebrate. But the woman set that aside for a moment, and thought of a mission. To find a present to give to Dothrak.

Katrina blinked as the news reached her, allowing a few seconds for it to properly sink in. Then, in but the blink of an eye, the dagger she had been polishing just seconds prior found itself lodged in the middle of her brand new desk.

"DAMNED DWARVES!"

The Isldar hollered from inside her house, sending her cats, who had been sat beside her fleeing in every direction. A visibly angry Katrina was a rarity, but a truly livid one? Practically unheard of.

"When will they learn their place? Perhaps when my kin enslaves every last one of them.. Psh, what was I to expect? Stubborn sods, every last one of them."

After a furious spout of curses left her lips, Katrina reached for her parchment and ink, beginning to write in a rather aggressive yet still somewhat elegant manner. The letter she had started penning was addressed to none other than Krava Brahmin and his new wife, as well as the other high powers within the great House of Enigma.

As Solaine let her gaze scan the words written on the pamphlet, she hummed and looked up to the large orc beside her.

"Aren't you from Belegost, Tua? I'm sure you've told me you come from there." The woman asked, her arms crossed before she looked back to the sheet of paper.

Viktor sat at his office desk and gandered at all the notes that he had received in the recent days. He had only returned to his work at the Foreign Office of Enigma that day after a long weekend of partying and celebration.

His private secretary turned to him and handed him a note from Katrina C'Aelrith. The note spoke of the alliance between the Howlesters and the Onyxbeards. Brahmin, astounded, arose from his chair and paced across to the other side of the room.

He read the note another three times and then let out an incessant roar "Sylvester! Get me to the Chancellor's office immediately!". Sylvester replied "Sir, what seems to be the problem". Viktor paused and turned to him "It's those bloody Onyxbeards! They have the Howlesters on side. Stirring up trouble as usual!". Sylvester replied with a quiet "Oh dear lord". Viktor sternly replied with "What are you doing wallowing about the place! Krava and Ginevra must hear of this immediately, before this goes to far".

Viktor headed out the door and towards the Chancellors Office, with his private secretary closely behind him. He gripped the note in fear and his mind raced of what is to come.
