The Hexenblood Circle presently operates out of the Noble District, working in tandem with allies near and abroad to safeguard the archipelago and the interests of all things magical within it. It accomplishes this through a variety of methods; diplomacy, academic investigation, defense and even political activism are all employed in its mission to protect the realm and uphold its three central tenets:

Membership
When it comes to membership, the Circle comprises itself of 4 distinct ranks, the Magister, the Magi, the Adherents, and the Allegiants.
The Magister is the guiding hand and public figurehead of the Circle, in charge of guiding the Magi and Adherents. They mediate disputes, resolve qualms within the Circle, and set the guiding policy and actions of it. The Magister is expected to earn respect, not demand it, but in order for the Circle to be cohesive the other members are expected to stand by them when asked of it. The Magister holds the final say over the resources and actions taken by the Circle. The Current acting Magister is Anathema (@Birdsfoot_Violet)
Magi are the driving force of the Circle and members of its council, making collective decisions about its future. They have access to the full resources of the Circle and individually serve the Circle in the ways they choose, sometimes through their own personal Sects of the organization or by simply taking on a leadership role over a portion of the Circle's operations.
Adherents work directly under the Magi, assisting with their work and participating in meetings and the day-to-day activities of the Circle. They are all granted food, shelter, and the protection of the Circle, but must request resources from the Magi if they are in need of them. All new recruits start out as Adherents, and can climb to the rank of Magi if they so choose to strive for such a role, but there is no shame in choosing to remain as the second hand to a Magi.
Allegiants are the Circle's allies. They are not, for whatever reason (be it personal or political), considered 'full' members. Their presence can be kept private or public, but are protected as allies of the Circle and are afforded some shelter and assistance. They are invited to all of the Circle's social events and enjoy the benefits to be found in friendship. They have a direct line of communication with the Magi, and are welcome friends of the Circle.
Recruitment is handled directly by certain Magi, or through the Magister directly, who are assigned to it, but any Magi can be approached about the possibility of becoming an Adherent. Applicants are screened by the entirety of the Magi and are assigned to a specific one who will act as their guide and introduction to the Circle and its activities, teaching and instructing them until they've settled into their preferred means of contribution: whether that be that Magi's own work, or another's that might be a better match for them. OOC Expectations & Promises:
What we can Promise:-A consistently active group to roleplay with and be a part of on the day to day, and be involved in Magical Business(™) both on-server and in Progressions.
-A plethora of interested and experienced people in Progressions, who are more than available to help new players get involved in 'deep lore' of the server.
-A more neutral take on a "Mage's Guild."

What we expect from You:
-Good conduct is a baseline. We hold everyone to high standards of conduct and you may be liable to ejection if you break rules/engage in intolerable behavior.
-Activity. This differs per rank:
Magi- We would like for this to be your 'main' character. This can be negotiated, but preferably there aren't any conflicts of interest with other system groups/RP groups.
Adherent- This can be your 'side' character, or your 'main.' It's good for dipping your toes into the group, seeing if you're interested, or just as a less time-intensive role in the group.
Allegiant- This role is basically entirely RP.
