• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Destiny. | Domination. | Death.

nleWJB1jH5kiFgU4nurA1slz5cyijiQCvUZb1Eka.jpeg

In a time immemorial, before the world was torn asunder by the machinations of the Void-Gods made mortal, before even the Dragons ruled the earth-- Death was born. It is inherent to the nature of Death itself that it always exist in tandem with Life: a fundamental duality, a partnership, two forces of Aloria opposed but standing hand-in-hand. And so, once the first life in the world ended, Death was born.

Despite its pervading presence throughout the annals of history, it would not be until the age of the Empress and Estel's Folk that Death became something more than a veiled beyond. There, the Cult of Kruphos reared its head among the shadowy crevices nestled within the Allorn Empire's magnanimous reach. The Cult predicated itself upon the belief that there was some sort of presence dwelling beyond the veil: divine, but alien still. With the collapse and end of the Empire, so too did any of the scant records about the Cult's existence. There was, however, an heir.

Their traditions and symbols would live on in the spirit of a necromancer, and eventually find their way into the depths of a dilapidated, old church somewhere in the wilderness outside the capital city of Regalia. There, the Graveguard stands.

The Graveguard are a fighting force that enact the will and defend the interests of Death itself in Aloria. They bases themselves in the ruins of Helvallt Church, where below it a hallowed place of the dead lies. They safeguard this temple and also act upon the will of Death, whatever it might mean to them, seeing it made manifest in the world of the living: protecting the sanctity of those at rest, and also those dead souls who walk in Aloria.

Death is absolute. It is an untenable force that is always to be respected and honored.

The Graveguard accepts both the living and the dead into its ranks: no matter the status of your mortality, there is a place for you if you align with its will.

Those seeking to join the Graveguard or simply learn more of Bintaar, the Beyond, should seek out the Lord of Graves in the depths of Helvallt Church, at the old Temple-- or send missive ((via contacting me on Discord or the Forums)) to express interest.
