Like the goblin babe said, Males have a natural boxy look to them. Broad chests and shoulders with larger proportions with the hands and neck sometimes. Though that's not always the case since there is slightly natural feminine looking dudes out there. Also a good point is a lot of guys while have facial hair so mustaches, beards and the general stubble can make the man. Another good thing to go by is that guys have larger noses sometimes and bigger eyebrows even too. Eyes are generally boxy looking too. And lastly don't forget those indentions on the cheekbones as well.
