Backstory/Plothooks

• Amontaari Native - Eldaran was born and raised in Amontaar, in a family of affluence known for it's production of parchment. The family was well off, almost excessively so. Eldaran was offered the choice of many professions, but ultimately decided to study and train for a position within the Concordat chapter of the Viridian Order. Eldaran was not set to be an inheritor of any land, and thus his family did not bat an eye for their son considering an occupation as a foreign agent of some kind.
  
  
• Family Ties & The Lady in Gold - Eldaran's family had suffered a financial blunder in their production process after the assassination of house-head Asvenlaan. This house had been a major buyer of their goods, and following the death of their matriarch, operations fell slow. This trickled down to House Linathor, and affected their bottom line.
